Elements like this could be fun, things that building users could touch or activate to create lights and sounds.
I'm thinking more like light standards that continue through the building, define the pathways, etc.
I think how people move through the site is very important. Is the site visible from roadways, or are we thinking of this in from a pedestrian point of view only? It would be nice to provide an apparatus/building that changes in some way over time by users/weather.
